Chad Fribley

Director of Instruction

Chad has been immersed in golf for four decades and has devoted three decades to the golf industry. Throughout his journey, he has held positions at prestigious locations, including Kapalua Resort, The Golf Club at Newcastle, PGA West, The Hideaway, La Quinta Resort, and Chardonnay Golf Club. Since 2017, Chad has been sharing his passion for the game through teaching, providing over 5,000 lessons. His golf journey includes competing at the high school level, playing Division 1 college golf at New Mexico State University, and having a professional career. He has participated in the Korn Ferry Tour, NGA Hooters Tour, Cascade Tour, Golden State Tour, and Dakotas Tour. Notably, Chad boasts impressive achievements, including 25 professional wins, four course records, advancement to the US Open sectionals five times, and competing in PGA Tour Q-School five times. Nowadays, he finds joy in teaching golfers of all skill levels while sharing his wealth of knowledge from his experiences as a player, caddy, and instructor. He particularly enjoys teaching the short game, as it offers the greatest opportunity to impact overall scores. In his lessons, Chad utilizes video analysis and a Full Swing launch monitor for enhanced learning.

Chanlee Trump

Head Golf Professional

Chanlee has been a dedicated member of the Persimmon Country Club since 2020 and has also been passionately teaching the sport since the same year. She offers golf lessons tailored to players of all levels and abilities, but she particularly enjoys teaching enthusiastic beginner students the most. Chanlee holds a strong belief that it’s never too late to embark on the journey of learning the game of golf, no matter your age or experience. Recently, she achieved her LPGA Class A membership, a significant milestone in her career, and she will be diligently working towards her PGA membership this year, adding to her impressive credentials.

Trevor Hiebing

1st Assistant professional

Trevor Hiebing brings nearly 20 years of experience in the golf industry, including over a decade as a professional player. His golf journey began in Southern California, where he transitioned from being an outstanding baseball player to discovering a passion for golf during his freshman year of high school. Driven by a love for the game, Trevor dedicated countless hours to improving his skills, often playing up to 72 holes a day at local courses.

As his game progressed, Trevor pursued higher levels of competition, eventually moving to Palm Springs, CA, to advance his golf career. He has competed on the Pepsi Tour, Golden State Tour, E-Tour, and Negra Modelo Tour, earning numerous mini-tour victories along the way. Over the years, Trevor has traveled across the U.S., gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the golf business, including more than 15 years as a caddie at the renowned Bandon Dunes.

Today, Trevor is a PGA Associate and holds an impressive list of certifications, including TPI Level 3 Golf Instructor, True Aim Ambassador, U.S. Kids Certified Coach, K-Motion Certified, and V1 Pressure Mat Certified. He is also a TaylorMade product specialist and club fitter.

As the First Assistant at Persimmon Country Club, Trevor is passionate about helping golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, reach their full potential.
